- Twenty plus years Art-side creative background with strong conceptual skills across various product design, packaging, media, print, email, direct mail, social, online advertising, and web sites.
- Ability to communicate fluently with all levels of management, marketers, agencies, designers, engineers, product managers.
- Deep experience working directly with global and large national companies, both e-commerce and multichannel.
- A roll up my sleeves and get the job done attitude.
- Ability to judge creative concepts and clearly communicate creative direction to others.
- Demonstrated talent for high-caliber creative conceptualizing.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Superior leadership and collaboration skills. Educated insight of advertising and marketing principles involving past and current trends in the industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of on and off-line elements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of interactive media production.
- Thorough understanding of Keynote presentation software.
